I had a great experience dealing with Pam Poste as well, and I must say it is equally rewarding to hear such positive comments coming back from my clients during the appraisal appointment. Not everyday we hear positive feedback about the appraisers being pleasant, friendly, and just all-round nice to deal with. I've actually heard much of the opposite about the majority of appraisers that the client come into contact with.
